They are steady and calm personalities. They often love sweet, salty and oily foods. All the things that Kapha should eat less.
Kapha walks and talks slower and they are very steady because of the earth element. They easily get water retention and they should eat lighter and less often.
Kapha types should eat more astringent, bitter, and pungent tastes.
Kapha gets aggravated with cold and very liquid foods like watermelon. Kapha should avoid also heavy foods, ice cream, all sweets and milk products. They should get enough exercise and sweating for example in sauna is good for Kapha.
